1. Policy Statement

Alison Wilson Associates Ltd is committed to delivering high-quality occupational health, counselling, therapy, and coaching services that meet the needs of our clients, service users, and stakeholders while complying with applicable legal, regulatory, and professional standards.

Our Quality Management System (QMS) is aligned with the principles of ISO 9001: Quality Management Systems, supporting consistent service delivery, continuous improvement, and effective governance across all areas of our organisation.

This policy applies to all services provided by Alison Wilson Associates Ltd, including:

  • Counselling      and psychological support

  • Coaching      and wellbeing services
  • Consultancy      and advisory services

The policy applies to all employees, associates, practitioners, contractors, and partners delivering services on behalf of the organisation.

The Director has overall responsibility for establishing, implementing, and maintaining the Quality Management System.

All staff, associates, and practitioners share responsibility for maintaining quality standards and contributing to continuous improvement.

This Quality Policy is communicated to all personnel working on behalf of Alison Wilson Associates Ltd and is reviewed annually to ensure ongoing suitability and effectiveness.
